Your Thoughts Edit

Whether you were a fellow handler in SOTF Mini or just an avid reader of the site, we'd like to know what you thought about Hirono. What did you like, or dislike, about the character? Let us know here!

  • Hirono was the character of Elena's who got the most screen time and attention during the game, and with good reason. Elena did a good job of getting into Hirono's head and extrapolating from her manga incarnation, resulting in a character who was simultaneously full of pretty good intentions but also a little rough around the edges. Hirono actually was comparable to many of SOTF's classic protagonists, which was a cool thing to see develop along with Mini. Everything that happened to her affected Hirono and shaped her choices, and while she was tough, she also wasn't immune to guilt, actually feeling bad for killing a boy who attacked her. She fit well into her role in the game, and like so many, it's a shame we never got to see her story all the way through. - MurderWeasel
  • I liked Hirono overall. There was nice tension between the altruistic desire to save others and her more practical side that wanted to be left alone. The kill and what we saw of the aftermath were good as well, particularly that she felt guilt over it even though she didn’t instigate the situation. It would have been nice to see how her story would have gone had the BR:AU had not been closed.- bacon
