Rocky is a handler on SOTF Mini. He handled Yukiko Kitano and Noriko Nakagawa in the Battle Royale AU, Ashlie Jackson in SOTF: Evolution, Rena Bellaire and Joanne Seguin in the first version of The Program, Marvia Jones in the first version of SOTF-TV, and Shadi Williams in the second version of SOTF-TV.
After a series of run-ins with staff across Main and Mini, he was banned in 2014.
