The staff of SOTF Mini is composed of a set of handlers who together critique and approve characters, conduct rolls, create Minis (though not necessarily AUs), and handle arbitration when required.
New staff members are hired periodically. Keep an eye on the announcements section of the board if you wish to apply for a staff position.
